Here in the heart of the Garden Route, nestles the tiny settlement of Keurboomstrand where you can relax in the unspoiled natural world of forest, beach and ocean. Keurboomstrand has a range of activities for all, including hiking, rock climbing, surfing, strolling, wildlife watching, fishing and swimming.

Plettenberg Bay is only a 10min drive away, en route you will find Thyme & Again farmstall and the Keurbooms River. The river is ideal for skiing, fishing, canoeing and boat cruises. Knysna is a mere 30 minutes away and is home to the world famous Knysna Lagoon, Knysna Heads and the much loved Knysna oyster.

ArchRock Resort is named after one of the unusual rock formations scattered along Keurbooms Beach. The amazing rock formation is just a short walk away, where you may sit and watch the waves crashing through the ‘nave’ and the blue sky shining through the ‘clerestory’ above.
